Welcome to MissyNameNecklace.com and thank you for shopping with us. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MissyNameNecklace.com ("the site") and the purchase of any goods from it. The site is owned and operated by Deal Tech Pty Ltd (referred to on this website as "MissyNameNecklace.com"). If you need more assistance you can email sales@MissyNameNecklace.com.

Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this site you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms and Conditions"). MissyNameNecklace.com reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.


As our personalised jewellery products are all custom made, we allow 14 days after you receive the goods (when stating this is means time is averaged as 1 week after shipped date) for you to contact us if you receive a faulty product. There is no return of goods or cancellations of order due to a change of mind (if we have not started to make your order then we may allow this cancellation but the decision is at management’s discretion). If you make a spelling error and we have started making your order or you have already received it, we are unable to accept returns. We allow 1 month from the date of you receiving goods (averaged as 1 week after shipped date) to inform us if your chain of any type broke due to normal wear and we may replace it in good faith, however the final decision is at our discretion. If we approve for you to return the goods due to a broken chain, you will be required to return the goods at your own expense but we will not charge for replacing the chain as it is done in good faith that the chain was treated carefully when worn.

If your sterling silver name plate or chain tarnishes (goes black) within 4 weeks of receiving the goods, we will ask you for photos initially and then possibly to return it for inspection and we will repair or replace the name plate and/or chain at no expense to you, but you will need to pay for the return of the goods. If you chose the incorrect chain size and you have received the goods, you will need to pay a small fee to have the chain swapped, there are options available for purchasing chains only on this site. This is swapped for a price based upon us receiving the chain still in new condition as it is assumed someone tries on the necklace once and realises it's not a suitable size. If you have held the necklace for more than one month to use as a gift, it will still pass the warranty and the relevant terms and conditions will still be acceptable. If you have given the necklace as a gift and the one month warranty has passed, you may still swap the chain if it is not a suitable length, but again it is based on the condition of the chain being returned in new condition. For gold plated or solid gold chain breakage please contact us to arrange a chain swap, the fee for 18k gold plated on sterling silver chain swapping is $20 plus shipping; for solid white or yellow gold we cannot accept a return for incorrectly chosen chain length as we purchase solid gold chains from Italy per order due to the high cost. We will do our best to provide the lowest possible price if you do need to swap a solid gold chain. These chain swapping conditions will only be approved once we receive the goods and have approved their condition as they must be in new condition still. If any type of chain has broken and is no longer under warranty you will need to pay for a replacement of the chain. The cost to replace a sterling silver chain of any length is $20 plus shipping, 18k gold plated chain of any length is $40 plus shipping, and for solid yellow or white gold the replacement fee is $100 plus shipping, and you will need to pay for the cost of sending the name necklace to us via registered post with tracking service. If the name plate breaks (not the chain but the actual name itself), within 1 month after receiving the goods, we may replace the name plate at our own discretion without charge, but you need to pay for the return of the goods to us. If a circumstance arises where we make your order correctly according to the style selected, material chosen and spelling but you are still not completely satisfied and we have attempted to resolve your issue/s in relation to the received goods from us, we may offer you a return of goods to us with a 40% restocking fee. This fee goes towards the cost of the materials and labour to produce your necklace, the 60% refund is only payable after the goods are returned to us in the original new condition and at your own expense via registered post with tracking service.

Limitation of liability

Any liability of MissyNameNecklace.com or MissyNameNecklace.com's associates in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of MissyNameNecklace.com be limited to the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods.


Information contained on the site is provided by MissyNameNecklace.com in good faith. To the best of MissyNameNecklace.com’s knowledge, the information is accurate and current. However, no representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy or completeness of the information.
As there are hand crafted items in this website, discrepancies will result between the images and the real articles. This may include style, shapes, colouring, fonts and more.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MissyNameNecklace.com disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied. MissyNameNecklace.com makes no warranty that this site, any information or ideas contained on this site or any products or services will meet your requirements.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts.

Information provided by you

If you purchase goods and services from MissyNameNecklace.com or create a membership account with us, we may require you to provide your name, address, email address, credit card number or other details ("customer information") whether on this site or by telephone, email or any other way. We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the site or an associate of MissyNameNecklace.com. No customer information is disclosed to third parties for any purpose. When you register online the information is stored in a private database and is used only to validate you as a customer, allowing you to see pricing and to access additional customer areas on our web site. We may use your details to send promotional information about MissyNameNecklace.com or partners’ products and services via email or postal services. These offers are very carefully selected and we believe they would be of interest to those who have registered on our website.

All care is taken to ensure that the site and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, it is your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses.

Product information

Prices of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the MissyNameNecklace.com website are in Australian dollars or unless you selected to view prices in an alternate currency through the functions available on this site, and are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. 
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Average Product Specifications:

Average sizes of sterling silver name necklaces are as follows: approx height of capital letter is 10 to 13mm, lower case lettering is 5 to 8mm. Solid gold sizes are slightly smaller than sterling silver and range from 6 to 9mm. The standard thickness of sterling silver name necklaces are 0.7mm and "double thickness" means 1.2mm thickness. For solid gold the standard thickness is 0.4mm and double thick means 0.8mm thick. All personalisations are made with the first letter as a capital and the rest are lower case, if you require any different to this you must specify in the comments box during checkout. Other specifications are generally provided in the product descriptions.

Placing and accepting orders

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting these Terms and Conditions, MissyNameNecklace.com is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.

Vouchers and/or Marketing Promotions

Occasionally MissyNameNecklace.com work with Marketing and Promotion companies as part of our operations, which enables special deals and offers to be made to the public. Contact email addresses may either be provided by the external company for us to send further promotions to potential customers after an initial deal has been offered and purchased by the customer, or the customer provides us with their email address upon registering with us, and we may further use the email address/es to send future promotions (we will never provide the email addresses to any other Party). In the case where a Deal or Special Offer/Promotion has been sent to potential or previous customers, there will always be an expiration date. If this is the case then all purchases by the customer must be made in full or in some cases redeemed via our website or partner website voucherfix.com only (as payment was made via a third party company involvement) by a specified expiration date and under no circumstances can this date be extended. There may also be cases where you are required to redeem a voucher or coupon via voucherfix.com and are required to pay additional fee/s such as for shipping or other upgrades such as material thickness. When agreeing to the terms and conditions on voucherfix.com you agree that we may send promotions or offers to your details provided, from one of our websites or carefully chosen partners. Again, your details are never given, sold or other to any other party, we will always be the sender of any promotions/offers.

Manufacturing and Delivery Time

It will take on average 2 to 4 weeks from the time that we receive your order via this website ("your purchase") to the time that you will receive your purchased item/s. This is an approximation based on averages and there is no guarantee that this will happen on every occasion due to Third Parties being involved in the process, whether that may include delivery companies or other (eg Postal or Freight Services). Where the customer has bought a promotional voucher through a third party company, upon redeeming the voucher with us or via a third party redemption website page, you must provide evidence of your purchase of your voucher/s, in the form of a "Redemption Code". We are not obligated to provide you with goods or services unless we are satisfied that the code provided is true and correct. When there is a promotion, the time frame for supplying goods or services will most likely be extended due to large quantities being ordered within a short time period (a guide may be up to 4 to 6 weeks). We will always do our best for you to keep the processes as efficient as possible to ensure customer satisfaction and our high quality reputation. Where there are multiple products being delivered to a single address in any type of order including promotions, they will most often be sent together in a single package even if you paid more than one shipping fee (this may include a padded envelope or box etc), however sometimes we may split the order into more than one package so you don't need to wait for all items to be finished before starting to receive your order. 

Please note that when we use Australia Post for regular “Standard” delivery, there is NO tracking number. Once we have made and shipped your order it is no longer our responsibility as to whether your item/s arrive as it is up to the reliability of Australia Post or other Freight Companies. Very occasionally an order may go "missing" in the system but more often than not, it will eventually arrive. From our experience an item could be lost in the postal system and then still arrive up to 3 months later. Although we are not happy when this happens, we do ask customers to wait at least 1 month after providing the package to the Shipping Service before we agree to remake and send the replacement order. There is usually an option for registered shipping which DOES have a tracking number so we highly recommend this option, and if you do not see this option we recommend that you contact us before purchasing, so we can make the arrangement for you.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at sales@MissyNameNecklace.com. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion, and we have the right to take a 40% restocking fee (meaning we return 60% of the full amount you paid to us, including shipping cost).


It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post or other relevant company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting these Terms and Conditions:

  • we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery
  • you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order
  • we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Privacy Policy

Any information gathered regarding your (The Customer) personal details is kept in our database inside the administration end of our website. This information can only be accessed by Approved Staff (approved by Director) of Deal Tech Pty Ltd (The Company). The information is kept strictly private and will never be shared with any third party except in the case of a payment being processed on our website. The actual payment processing is redirected to a third party payment gateway company, and your information is not used for any other reason than to safely process your payment or refund. MissyNameNecklace.com may share your names and email addresses with our other partner websites but only for the purpose of offering exclusive customer discounts or offers via email. If you receive one of these emails but do not wish to receive any further (whether from MissyNameNecklace.com or other), there is a clear "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of the email page which you can click and then you will never receive any further contact from that point onwards. Release and indemnity

You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against MissyNameNecklace.com or MissyNameNecklace.com`s associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction. 
You agree to indemnify and hold MissyNameNecklace.com harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by MissyNameNecklace.com or MissyNameNecklace.com`s associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold MissyNameNecklace.com or MissyNameNecklace.com`s associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this site, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this site using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
